Brojensmarthome’s products do not need to pay shipping costs. Amazon’s products may need to pay shipping costs, which will be paid together on the checkout page.

Because of the coronavirus and outrageous demand of the order processing can take up to 2-5 business days. SHIPPING TIME: 14~30 DAYS

We have multiple shipping locations worldwide. Thus we ship origination for each order primarily based on a customer’s physical address. Our goal is to use the fastest and safest method to deliver our products to our customers.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information as soon as we ship your order.

The time frame may vary depending on your country. We do our best to make this estimated delivery as accurate as possible.

Sometimes the delivery of your Brojensmarthome will take longer than expected. This is because of customs clearance procedures. We also want to inform you it may require you to pay the custom fees, the amount will vary depending on your country’s law.

 

Handling
All orders will typically will be within 2-5 business day from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. We will ship all ordered in durable packaging to ensure it does not damage your purchase during transit. Brojensmarthome is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive parcel timely manner and Brojensmarthome will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Brojensmarthome is not responsible or refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping of product availability.

 

Missing, lost or stolen package
If your package is missing or lost, we advised you to contact the shipping courier that’s assign to your shipment. We have no control over the shipment of your package once we hand it to the courier.

If the shipment status says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, you must contact the courier. Sometimes they drop off the package to your local post office or they leave the package to your neighbor if you are not home on the day of delivery.

 

Damage or defect
As we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.

If your Brojensmarthome is damaged, you can send us a photo and video showing the damage or defect. You can send it to our customer support team bernice@brojensecurity.com to help you get through the problem you are having.

Shipping cut-off time
Orders for in-stock items received by 5pm Eastern (Mon – Sat) are shipped the same business day.

Orders received after this time ship the following business day.
